Order/Hold Request Form

This form allows you hold or order select items that are available in the Showcase Center. Orders and hold must be picked up in the Showcase Center during normal hours of operation. We will hold the item for 1 week at no charge (subject to inventory availability). If you would like to prepay for an item to guarantee availability, please select this option. Orders will be confirmed with a telephone call back for payment information. All orders must be paid in full at the time of confirmation. Currently only the following items that can be held/ordered.
